Spark Gears Initiative is a student-led nonprofit team run by high school students with competitive FIRST Tech Challenge robotics experience. Our core mission is giving back through free community courses, and we expand our impact by sharing complete, ready-to-teach course materials so teams and clubs across the US can run Spark Gears courses in their own communities. We’re builders, mentors, and organizers committed to making robotics education more accessible- one course, one team, and one community at a time.
